Rajani studied law at Coventry University and completed her studies at the College of Law in Guildford. She completed her training contract in Godalming and was admitted as a solicitor in 2004. She joined Hart Brown’s Residential Property team based at our Woking office soon thereafter.

Rajani enjoys dealing with high net worth estates and complex property matters. Her work includes all aspects of residential property such as the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and lease extensions. She enjoys the variety of work that residential property law allows and finds this area of law challenging, particularly in view of recent changes.

In her spare time Rajani likes to go out dancing and to visit the theatre. She also enjoys travelling to different countries, taking the opportunity to experience and learn about the local food and culture.
