Stuart joined Hart Brown in 1972, was admitted in 1975 and became a partner in 1978 three years later. In 2002, Stuart was made Hart Brown's Senior Partner.
Stuart spent many years as a general practitioner including advising on farming matters. He now specialises in residential property law and is partner in charge of Hart Brown's Cranleigh office. He has for many years successfully managed the Cranleigh residential property team and a team of experienced lawyers specialising in wills, trusts and probate.
Stuart is a member of the Trustee Board of Citizens Advice Waverley and is active within the local business community. He is honorary solicitor for the Cranleigh and South Eastern Agricultural Society.
Stuart is a hi-fi enthusiast and also a keen ballroom dancer.
